Grown by the Ea Tân Cooperative in Krông Năng, Đắk Lắk — the oldest and most established coffee-growing province in Vietnam's Central Highlands, at 800–850 meters. Đắk Lắk is where most of the world pictures Vietnamese coffee coming from, but this lot isn't the bulk-commodity Robusta that reputation is built on.
Processed as an anaerobic natural, it's a bold, high-intensity expression of Fine Robusta — a newer category built around highlighting Robusta's own character rather than treating it as filler for blends. Expect tropical fruit notes up front: passion fruit, jackfruit, banana, star fruit, and pink guava, carried by Robusta's naturally fuller body.
