One of Vietnam's rarest coffees, grown at 650 meters in Hướng Hoá, Quảng Trị — closer to the old DMZ than to any of the country's famous highland coffee regions. Liberica itself is uncommon; most of the world has never tasted it, and the trees here are farmed by smallholder households we work with directly.

This lot is processed as an anaerobic natural, which means the whole cherry ferments in a sealed environment before drying — a slower, more deliberate method that pulls out unusually complex sweetness. In the cup, expect chamomile and licorice up front, with dried jujube date and a soft, herbal stevia-like sweetness underneath. It's a light roast, built for filter brewing (V60, Chemex, or pour-over) where those delicate notes have room to show.

We roast it fresh in Hanoi in small batches, and it's available as whole bean or ground for phin, French press, Chemex, pour-over, Aeropress, or pod machines, 250g.
